When you use MasterIA, we may collect:

  • Account Information: Your name and email address when you sign in with Google.
  • Audio Files: Files you upload for mastering. These are stored securely and temporarily.
  • Payment Information: Transactions are processed by Paddle. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Usage Data: Basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and page interaction for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the MasterIA service.
  • Process your payments and deliver your mastered audio files.
  • Authenticate your identity via Google OAuth.
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Uploaded audio files are stored securely in Supabase cloud storage. Files may be retained for up to 30 days after processing to allow for download, after which they are automatically deleted. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party providers:

  • Supabase — Database and file storage.
  • Google OAuth — Authentication.
  • Paddle — Payment processing (acts as Merchant of Record).
  • Modal Labs — GPU compute for audio processing.
  • Vercel / Render — Hosting and infrastructure.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent to data processing.

6. Cookies

MasterIA uses minimal cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
