1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MasterIA ("the Service"), available at www.masteria.lat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MasterIA provides AI-powered audio mastering services. Users upload audio files, which are processed using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to enhance audio quality, normalize loudness, and apply professional mastering techniques. The resulting files are made available for download to verified paying customers.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment methods provided.

4. Payments & Pricing

Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. We currently offer the following tiers:

• Short Master — Tracks up to 4 minutes: $2.99
• Studio Master — Tracks 4–8 minutes: $4.99
• TIER PRO — Tracks over 8 minutes: $20.00

Each purchase grants a single-use mastering license for the uploaded audio file. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediate nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once a mastered file has been generated and made available for download. If you experience a technical error preventing delivery of your master file, please contact us at support@masteria.lat within 7 days of purchase and we will review each case individually.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to your original audio files. By uploading content, you grant MasterIA a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and temporarily store your audio solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload audio content that infringes on third-party copyrights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Share or resell access to the Service without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the mastered audio will meet every user's subjective expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MasterIA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of audio data, revenue, or profits.

10. Data & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service, including your email (via Google OAuth) and uploaded audio files. Audio files are stored temporarily in secure cloud storage and may be deleted after 30 days. We do not sell your personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
