Due to the digital and immediate nature of our AI-powered audio mastering service, we generally do not offer refunds once a mastered file has been generated and made available for download. When you complete a purchase, you are acquiring a single-use digital license for the specific audio file processed, which cannot be returned.
2. Technical Failures
We understand that technical issues can sometimes occur. If you experience a verifiable technical error that prevents the delivery of your master file (e.g., the system fails to generate the download link after payment, or the resulting audio file is inherently corrupted due to a processing error on our end), you may be eligible for a refund or a free re-processing credit.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund due to a technical failure, please contact our support team at support@masteria.lat within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include the following information in your request:
- The email address associated with your MasterIA account.
- The Job ID or approximate time of your transaction.
- A brief description of the technical issue encountered.
4. Review Process
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the system logs associated with your transaction to verify the technical error. We aim to respond to all requests within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment via our payment processor, Paddle. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
5. Subjective Results
Audio mastering involves subjective qualities. We do not offer refunds if you are simply unsatisfied with the tonal balance, loudness, or artistic characteristics of the master, provided the file was successfully delivered and is free from algorithmic corruption. We encourage users to listen to the preview before completing their purchase.
